About us

Paloma CSU is a 16-bed voluntary, unlocked treatment facility designed to provide supervised psychiatric and/or detoxification treatment services through Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) services. Paloma CSU strives to provide behavioral health services in the least restrictive setting possible. The provision of crisis stabilization services extends the service array available to consumers. Paloma CSU offers detoxification treatment with focus on enhancing one’s ability to return to a life without drugs or alcohol. The treatment goal is to rebuild social, family and occupational relationships outside of the world of addiction. Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) is available if clinically appropriate.

Our mission

Is to offer the highest quality of care to people who choose a better quality of life hindered by personal crisis or addiction .

Our vision

To be the leader in medical and clinical services by utilizing "a different approach" to traditional care by incorporating the Mind and Body and Spirit into the total recovery process for Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders.

Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment

Paloma CSU provides Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment to individuals who require short term intensive treatment in order to be maintained in a community-based setting. Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment is an organized program of services designed to ameliorate or stabilize the conditions of a person immediately following a crisis episode. The services are available to consumers who need more than is available through outpatient behavioral health treatment and might otherwise require inpatient admission to a psychiatric unit. Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment will be available a minimum of three (3) hours per day, seven (7) days per week.

Every day is a second chance.
